Lots of Unlockables (and balancing changes)

Hey!

Today bulk of the update is a huge number of new unlockables! There are a bunch more hats, a lot more buttons, and even new sound effects that you can select as the sound you want your button to make!

The other key change was some new balancing. In the previous update, the cat was far too powerful at high levels, and the button presses were not powerful enough. The cat therefore has been nerfed and the buttons have been buffed to hopefully stay in line with progression. This may be fiddled with again in future updates if it still doesn't feel quite right!
